The Bridge Teen Center is an independent nonprofit teen community center that is not affiliated with a school, church, or municipality. Their free programs have been recognized at the local, state, and national level as being among the most innovative in the country. Located in Orland Park, Illinois, The Bridge has served thousands of teens and families from 128 different Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana communities since 2010. They work hard at providing their students with a place not just to BE, but to BECOME.

The Work: Help sort through donations to identify clothes that can be sold in The Bridge Thrift store where all proceeds go toward teen programs.
When: Second Wednesdays of each month 6-8pm
Location: 1395 N. Larkin Ave, Joliet, Il 60435
The Work: Sorting, inspecting and stocking donations in preparation for them to sell in the Restore. Must be at least 16 years old.
Location: Will County Address TBD
The Work: Helping build a home. Must be at least 18 years old.
Do you have skills and abilities that you would like to use to serve others as needed? If so this is the team for you. We get request from time to time from people in need of a handyman, a skillful woman, or people with muscles. Sometimes they just dont have the means to pay. If you are willing to give of your time and efforts in this case please list your skills and abilities below. Then when a need arrives you will be notified and if you are willing and available to help, then jump right in.
